1. What you’re buying

GambleWall sells fixed-price advertising space on a public web page: a rectangle of 10×10px squares at $1 per square, paid in USDC on the Base network. Payment reserves the rectangle; it does not itself make your creative go live. A creative goes live only after an admin approves it under the Ad Content Policy.

2. Reservations expire

Selecting a rectangle holds it for a limited time. If payment isn’t received before the reservation expires, the rectangle is released and becomes available to anyone else. An underpayment extends the hold once; it is not extended indefinitely.

3. Payment is on-chain and final

Payment is a direct USDC transfer on Base to an address generated for your order. Sending funds on the wrong network, or in the wrong token, is not recoverable by GambleWall. See the Refund Policy for what happens to funds once they arrive.

4. Moderation

Every submitted creative and destination URL is reviewed by an admin before publication. GambleWall may reject a creative, or take down a live one, for violating the Ad Content Policy or applicable law. A takedown does not entitle you to a refund of the purchase price.

5. No accounts

Buying a square doesn’t create an account. Your only credential is a one-time upload link sent to the email you provide; keep it safe. If it’s lost, contact us — see Contact.

6. Changes

These terms may change. The version you accepted at checkout is recorded against your order and governs it, regardless of later changes to this page.
