All Sales Are Final — No Refunds
All purchases on GambleWall are final, non-refundable, and binding. Once a USDC transaction is sent on the Base network and confirmed on-chain, your order is locked in and you receive an upload link to submit your ad creative.
Crypto payments are irreversible
GambleWall is paid in USDC on the Base network, sent directly by you to an address generated for your order. Once a transaction confirms on-chain, the transaction cannot be reversed or refunded under any circumstances.
Sent the wrong amount or wrong asset
- Overpayment — accepted, your order proceeds normally. Excess amounts are non-refundable.
- Underpayment — your order is held as underpaid and your reservation is extended once. Send the remaining balance to the same address before it lapses.
- Wrong network or wrong token — GambleWall only watches for USDC on Base. Funds sent on another network or in another token are not recoverable.
Creative rejected or taken down
Rejection during review is not a purchase-price issue — your upload link remains valid so you can submit a compliant replacement creative per the Ad Content Policy. A takedown after a creative has gone live for policy or legal violations does not entitle you to a refund.
