Ad Content Policy
Version 2026-07-23
Placeholder legal copy for a working prototype — not reviewed by counsel. Replace before handling real advertisers.
Every creative and destination URL is reviewed by an admin before it goes live (see Terms, section 4). This policy describes what gets approved.
Requirements
- The image matches the purchased dimensions exactly, in PNG, JPEG or WEBP — no animation.
- The destination URL is
https://and reachable — no redirects to unrelated content. - The advertiser is the party responsible for the destination site’s content, not GambleWall.
Prohibited
- Content illegal in the jurisdictions GambleWall operates in.
- Malware, phishing, or deceptive destinations (fake login pages, disguised redirects).
- Content sexually exploiting minors, or promoting violence against people or groups.
- Gambling advertising into jurisdictions where it is restricted or requires a licence GambleWall doesn’t hold.
- Impersonation of another brand, person, or regulator.
What happens on rejection
A rejected creative is never published. The buyer is emailed the reason and can upload a replacement using the same one-time link — rejection does not consume it. A live creative found to violate this policy later can be taken down; see Terms, section 4, and the Refund Policyfor what a takedown does and doesn’t entitle you to.
Compliance flags (not yet enforced)
Age-gating, geo-restriction and sanctions/wallet screening are designed into the platform but switched off at launch — a deliberate, recorded decision (not an oversight), revisited before wider launch.
