What we collect

There are no buyer accounts and no passwords — see Terms, section 5.

On-chain data

USDC payments happen on the public Base blockchain. The deposit address, transaction hash and amount are, by the nature of a public blockchain, visible to anyone — GambleWall does not control this and cannot make it private.

How it’s used

Company name, destination URL and the creative itself are published on the public wall once approved — that’s the point of the purchase.

Retention

Order and payment records are kept for accounting and dispute resolution. Admin actions (approvals, rejections, takedowns, manual interventions) are logged with who performed them and when, for accountability.

Third parties

Transactional email is sent via a third-party provider (Resend). Creative files are stored with a third-party S3-compatible storage provider. Neither is used for advertising or resold.
